“Oh, that is a bit of a walk. It’ll take you about 25 minutes.”
“That’s OK.”
“Well, head along this road until you reach Milford Avenue, then take a right. Then go along that for about 10 minutes until you get to Westlake Road. You should see signs for it then.”
“OK, thanks a lot. Hopefully I’ll find it”

“Ah, you’ve already gone past it. Head back the way you came, and take a right onto York Terrace. Then just head along that for five minutes and it is on your right.”
